Age Concern Liverpool and Sefton is an amazing charity and we need all your help to keep going. Supporting individuals over 50, with practical and social issues
I'm making a difference by abseiling the Anglican Cathedral on 29th July 2023 to raise money to help provide services for lonely and isolated older people locally.
